Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. It covers the website only — contractual services are governed by the data protection terms in the relevant agreement.
What this website collects
- Enquiry data. If you submit a contact or demo request, we receive the details you enter: name, organisation, email, optional telephone number and the content of your message.
- Analytics data. Aggregate information about how pages are used, collected only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Technical data. Standard server logs including IP address, retained for security and troubleshooting.
Why we hold it
Enquiry data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties except where a delivery partner must be involved to answer a technical question — in which case you are told.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete your enquiry record, where no legal obligation requires retention.
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.

Terms of use
By using this website you accept these terms. The site is provided for information; nothing on it constitutes an offer, a warranty or a contractual commitment.
- Content accuracy. We take care to describe our capabilities accurately and to avoid claims we cannot evidence. Technical content may nevertheless be updated without notice.
- No commitment from a web page. Service levels, response targets, availability figures and delivery timelines are established only in a signed agreement.
- Intellectual property. Site content, the eLON name and the logo are the property of ELON Technology Solutions PLC unless stated otherwise.
- External links. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

This website currently sets no cookies and loads nothing from third parties. If that changes, the position below applies:
- Strictly necessary. Language preference and security tokens. No consent required.
- Analytics. Set only after consent, used to understand which pages are read.
- Marketing. Not used. If this changes, it changes here first and requires fresh consent.
Data protection statement
For clients, this is the operational statement rather than the website statement: what happens to data inside a service we operate.
- Residency. Where a client requires data to remain in Ethiopia, services are deployed in-country or on the client’s premises. The deployment shape is stated in the contract.
- Access. Named individuals only, on a documented authorisation, with access logged.
- Sub-processors. Named in writing with scope before signature. No undisclosed delegation.
- Retention and deletion. Configured to the client’s policy; deletion is evidenced rather than asserted.
- Incident handling. A documented procedure with client notification obligations set out in the agreement.
